Rules and Regulations: -All Mortgages are eligible for draw; Harbour View Mortgages will give 12 post dated cheques, each one equal to your Principle & Interest Payment on date of funding - or $1500.00/month, whichever is less. -Refinances and Purchases are both eligible. -No overpayments or property taxes will be included. -Payments will be made starting on your first payment date and will run for 12 consecutive months, or until discharge of mortgage, whichever comes first. -Not assignable or portable. -Draw date is set based on the funding date of your mortgage, and is subject to change should the funding date change. -Draw will be performed by an independent third party.
